  • Envisioned, deployed and managed the Philips global production, sales, and inventory management program.

  • Reduced Philips Imaging System Inventory by 75% through business process optimization and automation.

  • Reduced Philips Meidical Systems sales recognition cycle time from 14 days to less than 4 hours using Lean Six Sigma.

  • Returned over 2 hours/week of productive time to Microsoft field sales team through data quality improvements.

  • Delivered over 50 business critical reports to Microsoft Retail store operations and marketing teams.

  • Envisioned and delivered the Retail Data Management platform to provide a 360 degree view of retail customers.
